At Harivision Tech, we supply genuine IT hardware, networking products, accessories, and laptops to B2B and corporate customers across India. This policy explains our return, exchange, and warranty terms.

1. 14 Days Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Returns and exchanges are accepted subject to product inspection and approval.

Return Request Requirements

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or unboxing video (recommended)
  • Description of the issue

Products must be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice, wherever applicable.

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product selected by customer
  • Compatibility issues not confirmed before purchase
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Used or tampered products

2. Inspection & Approval

All returned items will be inspected by our team. If approved:

  • Replacement will be provided, OR
  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer if a replacement is unavailable

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

3. Warranty Policy

All products sold on www.harivisiontech.in are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty or seller warranty (if applicable). Warranty terms and duration depend on the respective product category, brand, or item description mentioned on the product page or invoice.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty covers eligible hardware issues under normal usage conditions, subject to inspection and approval.

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Physical damage due to mishandling
  • Screen breakage
  • Battery backup performance reduction
  • Electrical damage or voltage fluctuation
  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Software-related issues or data loss

Warranty Claim Process

  • Customers must contact our support team first
  • Invoice copy must be provided as proof of purchase
  • Product may need to be shipped to our service center for inspection
  • Warranty approval is subject to technical verification

4. Shipping Charges for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for approved return or exchange requests. Returns must be sent by courier / mail to the address shared by Harivision Tech support.
