At Harivision Tech, we are committed to delivering IT hardware, networking products, accessories, and related equipment safely and efficiently across India. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are confirmed, processed, dispatched, and delivered.
1. Order Confirmation
All orders placed on www.harivisiontech.in are subject to confirmation through phone call, WhatsApp, email, or direct communication with our team.
Orders are processed only after successful confirmation. For prepaid orders made via bank transfer, order processing begins after payment confirmation.
2. Service Area
Harivision Tech delivers products across India, subject to courier serviceability and logistics availability in the customer’s location.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
Confirmed orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days) from the time of order confirmation.
Orders received on Sundays, public holidays, or outside working hours may be processed on the next working day.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3 to 7 working days, depending on the delivery location, courier network, and operational conditions.
Delivery may take longer in remote, rural, or non-serviceable areas.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are informed clearly at the time of order placement, checkout, or order confirmation call.
Shipping charges may vary depending on product type, quantity, weight, destination, and courier availability.
6. Possible Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:
- Remote or non-serviceable locations
- Courier company delays
- Public holidays or regional restrictions
- Weather conditions, transport disruptions, or other unforeseen events
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details, including full address, mobile number, and any landmark details required for successful delivery.
Harivision Tech is not responsible for delays, re-delivery attempts, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
8. Damaged or Tampered Shipment
If the parcel appears damaged, tampered, or improperly handled at the time of delivery, customers should:
- Record a proper unboxing video without pause
- Take clear photos of the outer package and product
- Report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery
Claims reported without supporting video or photo evidence may be difficult to process.
9. Delivery Completion
An order will be considered delivered once it is marked delivered by the courier partner at the customer’s provided shipping address.
