2. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

All orders placed on our website are subject to confirmation via phone call or direct communication. Harivision Tech reserves the right to accept or reject any order based on product availability, pricing accuracy, or verification concerns.

Orders are confirmed only after telephonic verification or written confirmation from our team.

3. Pricing & Product Information

  • All prices are listed in INR and may be subject to change without prior notice.
  • We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions and pricing.
  • Refurbished laptops may show minor cosmetic wear such as small scratches or signs of prior use.
  • In case of pricing or listing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order.

4. Refurbished Laptop Terms

Refurbished laptops sold by Harivision Tech are pre-owned devices that have been professionally tested and verified for functionality.

  • Devices may contain minor cosmetic imperfections.
  • All refurbished laptops include 1 Year Seller Warranty unless otherwise stated.
  • Battery performance may vary and is not guaranteed like new devices.
  • Customers are responsible for backing up their data. We are not liable for data loss.
  • Software compatibility and specific configuration requirements must be confirmed before purchase.

5. Payment Terms

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer (after order confirmation via phone call)

For bank transfers, payment details will be shared after order verification. Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation (for bank transfer orders).

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and location. Harivision Tech is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Incorrect details may lead to delivery delays or additional charges.

7. Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of IT hardware and refurbished products, returns are accepted only in case of:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Major hardware manufacturing defect (subject to verification)
  • Physical damage reported within 24 hours of delivery (with proof)

Products must be unused (where applicable) and returned in original packaging. Harivision Tech reserves the right to inspect returned items before approval.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch confirmation. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

9. Limitation of Liability

Harivision Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delayed delivery, business interruption, or data loss.
